В статье рассматривается влияние дополнительного образования на процесс профессионального самоопределения детей поколения Альфа. На основе опыта молодого педагога раскрывается, как включение подростков в социально значимую деятельность способствует развитию осознанности, ответственности и интереса к педагогическим и социальным профессиям. Показано, что взаимодействие школы и учреждений дополнительного образования создаёт условия для проб будущих ролей и развития устойчивой учебной мотивации у поколения Альфа.
The article examines the impact of extracurricular education on the process of professional self-determination of children of the Alpha generation. Based on the experience of a young teacher, it reveals the inclusion of adolescents in socially significant activities contributes to the development of awareness, responsibility and interest in teaching and social professions. The article shows the interaction of schools and institutions of extracurricular education of creating conditions for testing future roles and developing sustainable learning motivation among the Alpha generation.
