Статья посвящена истории создания и развития системы подростковых клубов в городе Якутске, охватывающей период с 1969 года по настоящее время. В исследовании подробно рассматриваются ключевые этапы трансформации системы воспитания обществом: от дворовой педагогики при жилищных управлениях до создания Детского (подросткового) Центра. Описываются социально значимые проекты, достижения педагогов и воспитанников, а также уникальный опыт сохранения традиций и преемственности поколений в системе дополнительного образования.
The article focuses on the history of the creation and development of a system of youth clubs in the city of Yakutsk, covering the period from 1969 to the present. The study examines in detail the key stages of the education system transformation by society: from domestic pedagogy at housing administrations to the creation of the Child (Adolescent) Center. The article describes socially significant projects, achievements of teachers and pupils, as well as the unique experience of preserving traditions and continuity of generations in the system of additional education.
