В статье представлено исследование о становлении и развитии муниципальной системы управления образованием в городе Якутске. На основе широкого круга архивных источников и нормативно-правовых и законодательных актов рассматривается эволюция управленческих структур от городского отдела народного образования (гороно) в советский период до Управления образования Окружной администрации на современном этапе. Особое внимание уделяется ключевым этапам развития системы управления с периода ликвидации безграмотности населения до стратегических ориентиров современной образовательной системы города Якутска.
The article presents a study on the formation and development of the municipal education management system in the city of Yakutsk. Based on a wide range of archival sources and regulatory and legislative acts, the evolution of management structures from the city Department of Public Education in the Soviet period to the Department of Education of the District Administration at the present stage is considered. Special attention is paid to the key stages in the development of the management system from the period of the elimination of illiteracy of the population to the implementation of the strategic guidelines of the modem educational system of the city of Yakutsk.
