В статье на основе личного опыта автора рассматривается ключевой этап развития муниципальной образовательной системы города Якутска. Подчеркивается, что период начала XXI века характеризуется системными преобразованиями: становлением нормативно-правовой базы, внедрением новых финансово-экономических механизмов, модернизацией образования. Особое внимание уделяется реализации муниципальных целевых программ "Столичное образование - I и II", которые стали основой стратегического развития образования города. В статье освещаются процессы модернизации инфраструктуры, создание единой информационной образовательной среды, меры по поддержке молодых и талантливых педагогов, а также роль сплочённой команды Управления образования и руководителей образовательных учреждений.
The article examines a key stage in the development of the municipal educational system of the city of Yakutsk based on personal experience of the author. It highlights the period of the beginning of the 21st century characterized by systemic transformations: the formation of a regulatory framework, the introduction of new financial and economic mechanisms, and the modernization of education. The article surveys the implementation of the Metropolitan Education - I and II - municipal target programs, became the basis for the strategic development of the city education. The article highlights the processes of infrastructure modernization, the creation of a unified information educational environment, measures to support young and talented teachers, as well as the role of a cohesive team of the Education Department and heads of educational institutions.
