В статье рассматривается формирование профессионально значимых компетенций у младших школьников в системе ранней профориентации. Выделены организационно-педагогические условия, направленные на эффективность процесса формирования у младших школьников профессионально значимых компетенций.
The article considers the formation of professionally significant competences in junior schoolchildren in the system of early career guidance.
