В статье выявлены принципы и подходы к созданию авторской программы "Социально-ориентированное воспитание обучающихся колледжа" государственного бюджетного профессионального образовательного учреждения Республики Саха (Якутия) "Якутский индустриально-педагогический колледж". Показана реализация разработанной авторской программы в воспитательном процессе. В настоящее время актуальность разработки и внедрения программ воспитания учебных заведений среднего профессионального образования не вызывает сомнения. Повышенный интерес государства в области воспитания молодежи обусловлен кризисным состоянием воспитания молодежи современной России. Разрушение системы советского воспитания, потеря идеалов, ориентиров и безвыходная ситуация способствовали кризису системы воспитания на сегодняшний день. Целью исследования стало выявление принципов и подходов для разработки программы социально-ориентированного воспитания обучающихся студенческого общежития Якутского индустриально-педагогического колледжа Республики Саха (Якутия). Научная новизна заключается в обосновании принципов и подходов, выявлении критериев и показателей оценки уровня развития социально-ориентированного воспитания обучающихся колледжа. Реализация авторской программы социально-ориентированного воспитания обучающихся колледжа на научно-теоретической основе с учетом психолого-возрастных, гендерных и этнических особенностей обучающихся колледжа, правильной постановки целей и задач социально-ориентированного воспитания позволяет работникам учреждений среднего профессионального образования грамотно организовать педагогическую деятельность.
The article reveals the principles and approaches to the creation of the author’s program "Socially-oriented education of college students" of the state budgetary professional educational institution of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) "Yakutsk industrial pedagogical college". The implementation of the developed author’s program in the educational process is shown. Currently, the relevance of the development and implementation of educational programs for educational institutions of secondary vocational education is beyond doubt. The increased interest of the state in the field of youth upbringing is due to the crisis state of the upbringing of young people in modern Russia. The destruction of the system of Soviet education, the loss of ideals, guidelines and a hopeless situation contributed to the crisis of the education system today. The aim of the study is to identify the principles and approaches for the development of a program of socially-oriented education of students in student dormitories of the Yakutsk Industrial Pedagogical College of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Scientific novelty lies in substantiating the principles and approaches, identifying criteria and indicators for assessing the level of development of socially oriented education of college students. The implementation of the author’s program of socially-oriented education of college students on a scientific and theoretical basis, taking into account the psychological, age, gender and ethnic characteristics of college students, the correct setting of goals and objectives of socially-oriented education allows you to competently organize pedagogical activities for employees of secondary vocational education institutions.
