В данной статье раскрываются некоторые педагогические подходы формирования духовно-нравственных ценностей в условиях образовательной организации. Приводятся данные, отражающие динамику духовно-нравственных ценностей на уровне индивидуальных приоритетов, содержание ведущих ценностей детей и родителей, их нравственные ориентиры.Главным инструментом является рабочая программа воспитания школы - методический документ педагога в усвоении у детей ценностных установок на разных уровнях образования.
This article reveals some pedagogical conditions for the formation of spiritual and moral values in the context of an educational organization. The problem of the formation of youth values is emphasized, which sets a priority task for society to study the value choice of children and youth at school. Data are provided reflecting the dynamics of values at the level of individual priorities, the content of the leading values of children and parents, their moral guidelines. The working program of school education is a methodological document of a teacher in the assimilation of children’s value attitudes at different levels of education.
