Социальное обеспечение является одним из основных направлений развития любого современного демократического правового государства. Нормы системы социальной защиты населения служат индикатором социальной политики государства, которые призваны своевременно и адекватно реагировать на все социальные риски, неизбежно связанные с переходом страны к рыночной экономике. Данная статья посвящена вопросам социальной защиты населения в Российской Федерации. Выявлены дефекты терминологического характера, вызванные недостатками юридической техники. Обосновано необходимость принятия специального законодательного акта в области социальной защиты населения в Российской Федерации.
Social security is one of the main directions of development of any modern democratic legal state. The norms of the system of social protection of the population serve as an indicator of the social policy of the state, which are designed to promptly and adequately respond to all social risks inevitably associated with the country's transition to a market economy. This article is devoted to the issues of social protection of the population in the Russian Federation. Deficiencies of a terminological nature caused by deficiencies in legal technology were identified. The necessity of adopting a special legislative act in the field of social protection of the population in the Russian Federation is substantiated.
