Представлены результаты ретроспективного анализа 12,2 тыс. случаев смерти от ЗН населения Якутии за период 2001-2010 гг. На долю ЗН приходится 14,8% (в РФ - 13,8%) всех случаев смерти в республике и второе место после сердечно-сосудистой патологии. В динамике смертность имеет тенденцию к снижению. Республика ежегодно теряет 20,2 тыс. чел.-лет жизни, в том числе 8,4 тыс. - в трудоспособном возрасте
A retrospective analysis of the 12, 2 thousand deaths due to malignant neoplasms of Yakutia population for the period 2001-2010 is represented. The share of MN is 14, 8% (in Russia -13, 8%) of all deaths in the republic and in significance they are in the third place after cardiovascular pathology.
