В соответствии с поставленной задачей проанализирована заболеваемость населения в Верхневилюйском, Верхоянском, Таттинском и Эвено-Бытантайском улусах Республики Саха (Якутия) за 2006-2016 годы. При этом рассматривали общую и первичную заболеваемость, как всего населения, так и в возрастном разрезе - у взрослого и детского (0-14 лет) населения. По данным официальной и ведомственной статистики анализ проводили по персентильному методу, сначала в целом по республике, затем и по выбранным улусам. Тем самым уровень заболеваемости по этим улусам позиционируется в сравнении с показателями всех административно-территориальных образований Республики Саха (Якутия). Выясняется, что в Верхневилюйском, Верхоянском, Таттинском и Эвено-Бытантайском улусах ситуация с общей и первичной заболеваемостью благоприятная в целом, как по всему населению, так и в возрастном аспекте (у взрослого и детского населения)
In accordance with the task set, the incidence of the population in Verkhnevilyuysky, Verkhoyansky, Tattinsky and Even-Bytantaiskydistricts of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) for 2006-2016 was analyzed. At the same time, the general and primary morbidity of both the general population and the age range was considered in adults and children (0-14 years) of the population. According to official and departmental statistics, the analysis was carried out according to the percential method, first as a whole in the republic, then on the selected districts. Thus, the incidence rate for these districts is positioned in comparison with the indicators of all administrative-territorial entities of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). It turns out that in the Verkhnevilyuysky, Verkhoyansky, Tattinsky and Even-Bytantaisky uluses, the situation with general and primary morbidity is generally favorable both for the whole population and for the age aspect (in the adult and children’s population)
