В статье отражена актуальность проблемы хирургического лечения воронкообразной деформации грудной клетки (ВДГК) у детей, представлен сравнительный анализ оперативного лечения пациентов с ВДГК, из них у большей части пациентов операция выполнена по методу ҺNuss-procedureһ. Выделены основные преимущества данного метода, направленные на снижение интраоперационных и послеоперационных осложнений, способствующие уменьшению срока полной реабилитации больного.
The article reflects the urgency of the problem of surgical treatment of funnel chest deformity (VDHC) in children, presents a comparative analysis of the surgical treatment of patients with VDHK, of which in most patients the operation was performed according to the Nuss-procedure method. The main advantages of this method are identified, aimed at reducing intraoperative and postoperative complications that contribute to reducing the period of complete rehabilitation of the patient.
