Статья посвящена наблюдению в течение 3 лет (2014-2017 гг.) клинического случая бронхоэктатической болезни у подростка 16 лет. Ребенка беспокоили жалобы на одышку при физической нагрузке, влажный кашель с гнойной мокротой. С раннего возраста часто, примерно до 5 раз в год, болел бронхитами с обструктивным синдромом. В 2014 г. был госпитализирован в пульмонологическое отделение с диагнозом: Пневмония внебольничная, среднедолевая, средней степени тяжести. По результатам компьютерной томографии органов грудной клетки сделано заключение: бронхоэктазы средней доли правого легкого.
The article is devoted to the observation over a period of 3 years (2014-2017) of a clinical case of bronchiectatic disease in a 16-year-old teenager. The child was disturbed by complaints of shortness of breath during physical exertion, a wet cough with purulent sputum. From an early age, often, up to about 5 times a year, he suffered from bronchitis with obstructive syndrome. In 2014, he was hospitalized in the pulmonology department with a diagnosis of Community-acquired pneumonia, moderate lobe, moderate. According to the results of computed tomography of the chest organs, the conclusion is made: bronchiectasis of the middle lobe of the right lung.
