В статье проведен обзор уникальной региональной практики инициативного бюджетирования по реализации Программы поддержки местных инициатив с участием муниципальных образований Республики Саха (Якутия). В динамике изучены показатели заявочной кампании, активность населения и экономический эффект, и результаты данной программы. Автор приходит к выводу о том, что чаще всего местные инициативы поступают по строительству социальных объектов - спортивных и детских площадок, мест проведения массовых мероприятий, скверов, объектов благоустройства.
The article provides an overview of the unique regional practice of initiative budgeting for the implementation of a program to support local initiatives with the participation of municipalities of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The dynamics of the application campaign, the activity of the population and the economic effect, and the results of this program are studied. The author comes to the conclusion that most often local initiatives come for the construction of social facilities - sports and playgrounds, venues for mass events, squares, landscaping facilities.
