Золотые запасы России остаются одними из самых значительных в мире, однако, проблем с сырьевым обеспечением отрасли в России вполне достаточно. В статье авторы анализируют проблемы воспроизводства сырьевой базы, нормативных, правовых, экономических и технологических аспектов развития отрасли в России. Обосновывается тезис о том, что, несмотря рост добычи драгоценного металла, пополнение золотовалютных резервов России, появление новых компании, необходимо решать многочисленные системные проблемы, в первую очередь, кадровые, бюджетно- налоговые, технологические. Экстенсивный путь развития отрасли исчерпал себя.
Russia’s gold reserves remain one of the most significant in the world, but there are plenty of problems with the raw material supply of the industry in Russia. The authors analyze the problems of reproduction of the raw materials base, regulatory, legal, economic and technological aspects of the industry development in Russia. The authors substantiate the thesis that, despite the increase in the extraction of precious metal, the replenishment of Russia’s gold and foreign exchange reserves, new companies are entering the industry, it is necessary to solve numerous systemic problems, first of all, personnel, budgetary, and technological.
