Предложен методический подход к оценке транспортной связности территории, в качестве показателя которой предложена степень оптимальности транспортной сети, связывающей экономические центры территории. Методика оценки транспортной связности территории предполагает выявление топологии транспортной сети, учёт экономического веса центров территории и качественных характеристик транспортных путей. Приведены результаты оценки транспортной связности Республики Саха (Якутия).
The methodical approach to the assessment of transport connectivity of a territory is proposed. Transport connectivity of a territory is measured as the optimality of the transport network linking the economic centers of the territory. The methodology developed involves the identification of the topology of the transport network, the economic weight of the centers of the territory and the qualitative characteristics of the transport routes. The empirical part of the article provides the results of the assessment of transportation connectivity for Sakha Republic (Yakutia).
