В статье рассматривается вопросы тьюторского сопровождения как педагогической деятельности, суть которой заключается в освоении обучающимися компетенций в проектной деятельности, формирования и реализации плана индивидуального развития обучающихся в условиях этнокультурной образовательной среды.
The article considers tutoring as a pedagogical activity, the essence of which is the development of students’ competencies in project activities, the fortnation and implementation of a plan for the individual development of students in an ethnocultural educational environment.
