Роль профессионального сообщества педагогов в успешном обучении детей с тяжёлыми множественными нарушениями и расстройствами аутистического спектра = The role of the professional community of teachers in the successful education of children with severe multiple disabilities and autistic spectrum disorders

В статье представлен опыт создания профессионального сообщества педагогов - клуба "Цветик - семицветик" при МОКУ "Специальная (коррекционная) школа N 4" города Якутска, направленного на повышение компетентности учителей, обучающих детей с ТМНР и РАС на дому. Описана модель работы клуба, включающая формирование методической базы, проведение семинаров, воркшопов и конкурсов, а также организацию мероприятий для социализации обучающихся. Показаны результаты апробации: высокая вовлечённость педагогов и создание авторской "Методической копилки". The article presents the experience of creating a professional community of teachers - the ҺTsvetik-Semitsvetikһ club at the Special (Correctional) School No. 4 in Yakutsk, which is aimed at improving the competence of teachers who teach children with TMS and ASD at home. The article describes the club's work model, which includes the creation of a methodological database, the organization of seminars, workshops, and contests, as well as the organization of events for the socialization of students. The article also presents the results of the club’s implementation, which include the high level of teacher engagement and the creation of an author’s "Methodological Treasury".
