В статье представлена история становления и развития МБДОУ "Детский сад N 30 "Малышок" города Якутска. Авторы прослеживают исторический путь учреждения от сезонных яслей, открытых в 1927 году, до современного ресурсного центра здоровьесбережения. Особое внимание уделено современному этапу развития: внедрению инновационных технологий, сотрудничества в сетевых инновационных объединениях, реализации здоровьесберегающих программ, участия в федеральном проекте "Бережливый детский сад". Подчёркивается роль педагогического коллектива, традиций наставничества и социального партнёрства. This article presents the history of the establishment and development of the Malyshok Kindergarten № 30 municipal budget preschool educational institution of the city of Yakutsk. The authors trace the journey of the institution from a seasonal kindergarten opened in 1927 to a modem health promotion resource centre. The article describes the key stages in the transformation of the children's sanatorium establishment. It highlights the current stage of development: the introduction of innovative technologies, cooperation within networked innovation associations, the implementation of health-promoting programmes, and participation in the Thrifty kindergarten federal project. The article emphasizes the role of the teaching staff, traditions of mentorship and social partnership.
