Современное видение профессионального самоопределения школьников предполагает реализацию профессиональных проб. Методистами Детского (подросткового) центра города Якутска разработан проект "Мой выбор", согласно которому организуется прохождение учащимися на базе учреждений-партнеров разнообразных профессиональных проб.
Contemporary approaches of student professional self-determination emphasise the significance of professional trials as a core element of career guidance. The article presents the My choice project developed by methodologists of the Children (adolescents) center of the city ofYakutsk. The project provides students with opportunities to participate in a wide range of professional trials organised in cooperation with partner institutions. The programme enables learners to acquire direct experience in various professional fields, supports informed career choice, and promotes development of motivation and practical understanding of labour activities. The article confirms the effectiveness of professional trials as a mechanism of early career orientation within the system of supplementary education.
