В статье обобщён опыт педагога-наставника по формированию профессионального самоопределения подростков средствами художественного образования и участия в конкурсах профессионального мастерства, включая муниципальный профориентационный проект "Выбор.Проф.Якутск" и чемпионат профессионального мастерства "Профессионалы" (Юниоры) по компетенции "Малярные и декоративные работы". Раскрывается роль программы "Путь к мастерству" в развитии творческих и профессионально ориентированных компетенций учащихся, а также влияние системы наставничества и воспитательной работы на становление интереса школьников к креативным рабочим профессиям.
The article summarises the experience of a mentor teacher in supporting adolescent professional self-determination through art education and participation in professional skills competitions. The analysis focuses on involvement in the municipal career guidance project Choice Prof Yakutsk and the national professional skills championship Professionals Juniors within the competency area Painting and Decorative Works. The author examines the role of the educational programme Path to Mastery in developing creative and professionally oriented competencies, as well as the influence of mentoring and educational support on shaping student interest in creative working professions. The findings demonstrate the potential of artistic education as an effective instrument for career guidance and competence development.
