В статье представлен опыт реализации профориентационного проекта "Водоканал-Проф" в школе N 13 города Якутска. Проект основан на модели стратегического партнёрства "Школа - СУЗ - Работодатель" и направлен на подготовку будущих кадров для сферы ЖКХ и строительства. В сотрудничестве с Якутским коммунально-строительным техникумом, Промышленным техникумом и АО "Водоканал" школьники получили возможность освоить рабочие профессии, такие как "Маляр строительный" и "Слесарь домовых санитарно-технических систем и оборудования". Подчёркивается значимость такого взаимодействия для формирования профессиональных компетенций у школьников и их дальнейшего трудоустройства.
The article presents the experience of implementing the Vodokanal-Prof career guidance project at school ө 13 of the city of Yakutsk. The project bases on the School-College-Employer strategic partnership model and aims to train future specialists for the housing and utilities sector and construction industry. In cooperation with Yakutsk public construction technical college, Industrial technical College and the Vodokanal joint stock company, students gained opportunities to master working professions such as the Construction Painter and the Plumber of Sanitary Systems and Equipment. The stages of project implementation, including excursions, practical training, and final assessment, are described. The author emphasises the significance of such cooperation for developing the professional competencies of students and their future employment.
