В статье обозначена актуальность дополнительного образования детей, которое является определяющим фактором развития склонностей, способностей и интересов личностного, социального и профессионального самоопределения детей и молодежи и способствует профессиональной подготовке педагогических кадров. На примере реализации модели психолого-педагогического класса Детского (подросткового) Центра в условиях социального партнерства "Школа - Детский (подростковый) Центр - ВУЗ" рассмотрено, как создается комплексная система подготовки будущих педагогов.
The article outlines the relevance of supplementary education for children, which is a determining factor in the development of aptitudes, abilities and interests of personal, social and professional self-determination of children and youth and contributes to the professional training of pedagogical staff. It considers establishment of a complex system of future teachers training on the example of implementation of the psychological and pedagogical class model of the Children & Teen Center in the conditions of social partnership "School - The Children & Teen Center - University".
