В статье рассматривается важность наличия в школьной программе часов, посвященных литературе коренных народов России. Выявлена проблема изучения мифологии и фольклора, актуальность которой обусловлена тем, что миноритарные литературы находятся в уязвимом положении. Несмотря на появляющиеся научные работы, они остаются неизвестными для массового читателя. В целях сохранения многовековой культуры коренных народов, в частности народов Севера, предлагается их репрезентация в рамках школьной программы.
The article deals with the importance of having hours devoted to the literature of indigenous peoples of Russia in the school programme. The problem of studying mythology and folklore is revealed, the urgency of which is caused by the fact that minority literatures are in a vulnerable position. Despite the emerging scientific works, they remain unknown to the mass reader. In order to preserve the centuries-old culture of indigenous peoples, in particular the peoples of the North, their representation within the framework of the school programme is proposed.
