В статье рассмотрены вопросы рационального использования пахотных угодий, на конкретном примере показана возможность мониторинга угодий с помощью космических снимков общего доступа с последующей тематической обработкой в программном обеспечении общего доступа QGis. Предложена технологическая схема обнаружения нарушенных пашен и залежей. Обозначена значимость внедрения ЕФГИС ЗСН для наиболее полного и рационального использования пахотных угодий.
The article discusses the issues of rational use of arable land. Using a specific example, the possibility of monitoring land using satellite images of public access with subsequent thematic processing in the QGis public access software is shown. A technological scheme for the reclamation of disturbed arable land in areas of flooding and flooding by flood waters is proposed. The importance of the introduction of EFGIS ZSN for the most complete and rational use of arable land is indicated.
