В статье представлены данные о пищевом составе и экстрактивных веществах древесной зелени сосны, лиственницы, березы одновозрастных древостоев Центральной Якутии. Представлен анализ предпосылок и задач для разработки мобильных технологий переработки древесной зелени в корма для природно-производственных условий Крайнего Севера. Работа выполнена в рамках научной школы "Инновационные разработки в области лесозаготовительной промышленности и лесного хозяйства" Арктического государственного агротехнологического университета.
The article presents data on the nutritional composition and extractive substances of woody greens of pine, larch, birch of the same-aged stands of Central Yakutia. An analysis of the prerequisites and tasks for the development of mobile technologies for processing woody greens into feed for the natural and industrial conditions of the Far North is presented. The work was carried out within the framework of the scientific school "Innovative developments in the field of the logging industry and forestry" of the Arctic State Agrotechnological University.
