Материалы и методы: анализ функциональных возможностей сертифицированной отечественной платформы Skillometer Education на основе описания продукта и данных разработчика. Платформа обеспечивает автоматическую генерацию курсов из корпоративных материалов, выявление пробелов в компетенциях и формирование индивидуального плана обучения; затраты на адаптацию персонала снижаются до 40%. ИИ-инструменты для образования уже доступны и демонстрируют измеримый эффект; задача педагогического сообщества — встроить их в осмысленные образовательные стратегии.
Digital transformation of education requires practical tools capable of turning AI declarations into concrete solutions. Purpose: to examine the experience of applying an AI platform for automating the creation of educational courses and personalizing learning. Materials and methods: analysis of the functional capabilities of the certified domestic platform Skillometer Education based on product descriptions and developer data. Results: the platform provides automatic course generation from corporate materials, identification of competency gaps, and formation of individual learning plans; personnel adaptation costs are reduced by up to 40%. Conclusions: AI tools for education are already available and demonstrate measurable impact; the task of the pedagogical community is to integrate them into meaningful educational strategies.
