Город Якутск и проблема сохранения его исторического облика = Yakutsk city and the problem of preservation of its historical oblique

В статье вкратце рассматривается сложный путь становления г. Якутска. Он возник в долине Туймаада из казачьих укреплений и посадской застройки XVII в., первоначально достаточно бессистемной, но в XIX столетии получившей обновленную регулярную планировку, которая и легла в основу исторического облика города. Вопрос о сохранении исторического наследия Якутска встал уже в конце XIX в., однако особое значение он приобрел в начале XX в. в сложные годы Гражданской войны. В настоящее время с ускорением темпов роста города эта проблема только усугубляется. Актуальность работы обусловлена проблемами сохранения исторического облика Якутска, исторической целостности его взаимосвязанных частей - отдельных памятников архитектуры и пространственно-территориальной планировки на фоне возрастающей активности городского строительства. Целью работы является исследование и обсуждение проблем сохранения исторического облика г. Якутска. Анализ истории города показал, что еще в XVII-XVIII вв. в результате пожаров и градостроительной перепланировки произошла полная утрата памятников архитектуры и истории XVII в. В XX в. утрачена часть памятников XVIII-XIX вв., в том числе в ходе так называемых мероприятий по сохранению памятников и созданию охранных зон. Оставшаяся часть памятников находится в плачевном состоянии. This article briefly examines the complex path of the emergence of the city of Yakutsk, rooted in the valley of Tuymaada, and which originates from the Cossack fortifications and the 17th-century buildings of the town, originally quite haphazard, but in the nineteenth century it received an updated regular lay-out that lay in the original oblique of the city. The question of preserving the historical heritage of the city of Yakutsk appeared already at the end of the 19th century, and especially acute in the early 20th century, during the difficult years of the Civil War. At present, this problem is only aggravated with the acceleration of urban growth. Acuity of the work is due to the acute problems of preserving the historical oblique of the city of Yakutsk, the historical integrity of its interconnected parts - individual architectural monuments and spatial and territorial planning under the growing city building activity. The aim of the work is to study and discuss the problem of preserving the historical oblique of the city of Yakutsk. Analysis of the history of the city showed that as early as the 17th and 18th centuries, as a result of fires and town-planning redevelopment of the city, there was already a complete loss of cites of architecture and history of the 17th century. In the XX century some of the sites of the XVIII-XIX centuries were lost, including during the so-called measures for the preservation of sites and the creation of protective zones. The rest of the sites are in a deplorable state.
