В статье отражены современные тенденции миграционных процессов в Арктической зоне Республики Саха (Якутия). Проведен анализ динамики компонентов изменения численности населения в разрезе арктических районов. Выявлено, что при сохранении положительной динамики естественного прироста населения, миграция является главным фактором сокращения численности населения и трансформации его структуры. Проанализирована структура разнонаправленных миграционных потоков. Определены причины миграции и разработаны предложения по повышению привлекательности Арктической зоны Республики Саха (Якутия).
In the article it is featured the contemporary tendencies in dispersal movements in the Arctic zone of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). It was conducted the analysis of the dynamics of components of population size fluctuations in Arctic region. It was founded out that in case of maintaining the positive dynamics of natural increase of the population the migration would be the main factor of population decline as well as the transformation of its structure. It was also analyzed the structure of multidirectional migration flows. There were determined the causes of migration and developed the recommendations for incensement of Arctic zone of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) attractiveness.
