В статье рассматривается анализ управления цифровой трансформацией здравоохранения на примере ГАУ РС(Я) "Республиканская больница N 1 - Национальный центр медицины им. М. Е. Николаева". Приведены результаты опроса пациентов и сотрудников и мнения экспертов по поводу нынешнего уровня цифровизации, что можно оцифровать, какие препятствия существуют и какие новые технологии и инновации ожидаются в ближайшем будущем в сфере здравоохранения. Исходя из этого, предложен проект по цифровой трансформации здравоохранения на примере ГАУ РС(Я) "Республиканская больница N 1 - Национальный центр медицины им. М. Е. Николаева".
The article deals with the analysis of management of digital transformation of health care on the example of the Autonomous State Institution of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) "Nikolaev Republican Hospital N 1 - National Center of Medicine". The results of the survey of patients and employees and experts’ opinion on the current level of digitalization, what can be digitized, what obstacles exist and what new technologies and innovations are expected in the near future in the field of health care are presented. On this basis, a project on digital transformation of health care is proposed on the example of the Republic Hospital N 1 - National Center of Medicine.
