Аннотация
In the context of the changing internal and external environment of enterprises, employee engagement practices have become an important system and tool for enhancing the adaptability of enterprises, stimulating the vitality of new generation employees, and building harmonious labor relations in enterprises. Based on the significance, form and effectiveness of employee engagement practices, this study constructs a theoretical model from the perspective of labor relations and human resource management integration, and analyzes in depth the impact and process mechanism of employee engagement practices on corporate labor relations and corporate operation.
