В статье рассматривается социализация школьников Арктике, методом проведения социологического опроса. В ходе исследования были сформулированы проблемы, замедляющие процесс протекания социализации у школьников Булунского района: отсутствие доступа к Сети Интернет, отсутствие IT-кружков, отсутствие курсов по развитию мягких навыков. Предложена концепция авторского проекта-решения "Хоту-Soft-skills", по развитию мягких навыков у школьников Булунского района.
The article discusses the socialization of schoolchildren in the Arctic by conducting a sociological survey. In the course of the study, problems were formulated that slow down the process of socialization among schoolchildren of the Bulunsky district: lack of access to the Internet, lack of IT clubs, lack of courses on the development of soft skills. The concept of the author’s project-solution "Hotu-Soft-skills", for the development of soft skills among schoolchildren of the Bulunsky district, is proposed.
