Study on the optimization of human resource management information application in Chinese enterprises

At this stage, the application of information technology in China has been very extensive, and the application of information technology in enterprise human resourcemanagement work has significantly improved the efficiency of enterprise human resource management, and reduced the cost of business operations and improved the competitiveness of enterprises in the market. However, there are still some problems in the process of HRM informatization in some Chinese enterprises, and the solution of these problems can help to improve the application of HRM informatization. This paper analyzes the importance of HRM informatization application technology of Chinese enterprises, finds some problems of current HRM informatization application technology of Chinese enterprises, and also gives scientific and effective optimization measures of HRM informatization application.
