An analysis of the transformation of human resource management in the digital age

The global economy is now entering a period of digital transformation, and as digital transformation has permeated every aspect of people's lives, the proportion of enterprises undergoing digital transformation is also increasing. However, in order to help companies, achieve the transformation, HR itself must first transform itself and optimize its human resource management system. This paper points out some of the characteristics and problems of HR management in the current digital era and proposes relevant optimization measures in the hope of helping some of today's enterprises to optimize their HR management.
