Из статьи мы узнаем историю создания Территорий опережающего развития (ТОР) в Российской Федерации, начиная с 2014 года. Исходя из материалов статьи, мы понимаем особенность программы Территории опережающего развития (ТОР), цель которой является сократить разрыв между прогрессирующими и отстающими региона- ми в стране. Авторы рассматривают нормативно правовую базу, критерии оценивании эффективности и выделяют перспективы развития территорий опережающего развития (ТОР) в Российской Федерации.
From the article, we learn the history of the creation of Advanced Development Territories (ADT) in the Russian Federation, starting in 2014. Based on the materials of the article, we understand the peculiarity of the Territory of Advanced Development (ADT) program, the purpose of which is to reduce the gap between the progressive and lagging regions in the country. The authors consider the regulatory framework, criteria for evaluating efficiency and highlight the prospects for the development of advanced development areas (ADT) in the Russian Federation.
