Креативная экономика обусловлена коммерциализацией интеллектуального труда человека, в тех городах, где отсутствует производство. Развитие именно данного направления способствовало бы росту трудоустройства среди молодого, и самого уязвимого по безработице, слоя населения города Якутск. The cretative economy mostly means capitalization on intellectual products, which os often the only way to progress in areas where there’s no industrial production. The development of this particular direction would facilitate the growth of employment among the young, and the most vulnerable to unemployment, stratum of the population of the city of Yakutsk.
