В статье раскрывается процесс перевода кустарно-ремесленного производства Якутии под контроль государственных органов в условиях политики "военного коммунизма". Рассмотрены вопросы организации системы государственных органов по управлению мелкотоварным производством, исследованы конкретные мероприятия по организации работы кустарей и ремесленников, сделан анализ основных итогов проделанной работы.
The article deals with the transformation process of handicraft production of Yakutia under control of public authorities in the conditions of policy of "military communism" reveals. The problems of organization of the system of state bodies on small-scale production management are considered. Concrete actions for the organization of work of artisans and handicraftsmen are investigated the analysis of the main results of the done work is made.
