Арктика: коренные народы и международное сотрудничество 80–90-х годов XX века = Arctic: indigenous peoples and international cooperation

Статья посвящена изучению вопросов, связанных с участием коренных народов в формировании в Арктике международного сотрудничества 80-90-х гг. XX в. Приведены данные о расселении арктических этносов, представлены проблемы этих народов и попытки их разрешения, показаны эволюция международного законодательства и условия интеграции народов в сотрудничество. The article considers issues related to participation of indigenous peoples in international cooperation in the Arcticin 1980’s-1990’s. We show data about the resettlement of arctic ethnoses, present problems of these peoples and attempts at their resolution, show the evolution of international legislation and conditions of integration of ethnoses intocooperation.
