Целью данного исследования является оценка позиций Российской Федерации в международных рейтингах оценки развития цифровой экономики за 2022 год. Международные сообщества ведут множество рэнкингов, оценивающих уровень развития цифровой трансформации внутри страны, которые являются базой для принятия тех или иных форм международного сотрудничества. Сделан вывод, что наша страна, хоть и не входит в топ-20 по большинству приведенных в исследовании рейтингов, тем не менее уверенно держит ориентир на значительное улучшение многих показателей.
The purpose of this study is to assess the positions of the Russian Federation in international ratings for assessing the development of the digital economy for 2022. International communities maintain many rankings that assess the level of development of digital transformation within the country, which are the basis for the adoption of various forms of international cooperation. It is concluded that our country, although not in the top 20 according to most of the ratings given in the study, nevertheless confidently holds the benchmark for a significant improvement in many indicators.
