Представлен анализ процесса формирования Новосибирской научной этносоциологической школы, ее теоретикометодологических оснований, дается обзор направлений и главных результатов фундаментальных и прикладных этносоциальных исследований. Показано их значение для практики управления и роль в интеграции Сибири и всего евразийского социокультурного пространства.
